February 27, 2017 - MSU Healthteam Joins National Partnership To Strengthen Primary Care
MSU Family Health Center, MSU Family Medicine and MSU Internal Medicine are three of more than 2,900 primary care practices nationwide participating in Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+), a partnership between payer partners from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state Medicaid agencies, commercial health plans, self-insured businesses, and primary care providers. This partnership is designed to provide improved access to quality health care at lower costs.
